Outsurance Outbonus a hoax!

3 year Outsurance Outbonus is a hoax! My story is on Home insurance previously paid via my bond for 6 years - which I paid off/settled in Nov 2016. (If through your bond I learnt you never receive an Outbonus, and the premiums are higher).

I contacted Outsurance at the time (Nov 2016) and arranged that I personally pay the monthly premium from 6 Dec 2016, as my relationship with my FNB bond had ended. The excitement of getting a Outbonus in 2019 was short lived when I queried with Outsurance, who claim I only get my Outbonus end Jan 2022, due to amendments on my policy regarding my bond in Feb 2019??!
