OUTsurance out to make Money.

I was in an accident on the 6 June 2024. I an another vehicle drove into me. Brilliant service assisting with towing in my vehicle as must say. Then the trouble started I got a rental car no complaints. The Main thing is I feel every client of OUTsurance must be aware on how they are making money of is as clients in the following ways: Make sure when the assessor is inspecting the vehicle you see the quotation because the leave out damages which you can even see with the eye and if you question that you just get told back off why? Because they are wrong. Don’t bother phoning as the claims and legal departments don’t communicate. If you know your car was accident free and the panel beater tells you also the same thing OUTsurance wants to make money by not fitting new parts NO NO just take the easy way by repairing or fitting pirate parts, even they garage where I bought the car says it will decrease my value but they take out original parts and original money just probably to make more money. When you ask about this they became Rude and so aggressive like you are going to robe them of something I guess any reason not to pay out even if you’re not at fault. You get no feedback regarding 3rd party claim or what is going on even if you provided all the info of the other party involve as they also got insurance. I guess the model of my story you stand alone against this and just pay for no service and get ****** about your vehicle and it’s Valarie. I must also just say that this is not the panelbeater fault but 100% these people from OUTsurance.
