OUTSURANCE OUT TO MAKE EXCESSIVE PROFIT WITH NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER

After a decade or more of having claim-free with Outsurance, I had three claims in a short period of time 1.) bumper bash( rear 2.) electric gate hit car 3.) bakkie was ****** and written off police case opened. The third claim was not honoured due to technicality they found in their paperwork so did not cost Outsurance a cent. Outsurance also has a clause that if debit order is late paid the period you the client are not covered for that period until payment is received, therefore no risk to the company . After 2 months Outsurance sends me a review stating the Kia Rio 2012 1.4Tec 5Dr is going up from R750.05 a month to R1162.56 that is 55% . Every year a car should devalue and insurance payments should be less. My debit order is dependant on Standard Bank Trust paying on time which they often do not and I told Outsurance this at the time but salesmen are there to sell, I also told Kyle Pretorius from Outsuance and he said he could offer me an R60 deduction on the price as I was HighRISK HOW CAN THERE BE ANY RISK IF OUTSURANCE DID NOT PAY THE CLAIM AND i WAS NOT COVERED FOR THE PERIOD OF MY DEBIT ORDER BEING DEBITED

Good day Pat,

We fully understand receiving a rerate at this stage is most unwelcome therefore we escalated the matter to a manager to intervene.

Weliswa our client services manager contacted you to address your concerns regarding the rerate. She assisted with updating your policies and she managed to assist you with a better premium.

Thank you for allowing us to provide you our valued client with options that best suits your needs.

Regards,
OUTsurance
