OUTSURANCE OUT THE BACK DOOR!!!

I have 1 vehicle insured. We were on holiday. My husband went fishing and fell into the sea with the key in his pocket. The key did not work. We immediately reported the incident and requested assistance. On the app. We had to sleep in the car as Outsurance did not call us back and the vehicle could not lock or start as the fob was not working. We had the spare key couriered down and the following day moved the vehicle back to our holiday home. Outsurance only phoned is the following day and immediately reminded me that my access is payable in full even if the key is less than that. This is a MERCEDES BENZ what do you think a key is going to COST!! I stripped and told the lady to leave it...i will get another insurance company which cares where my husband sleeps at night in an emergency. Incidentally...we had a similar issue last year on new years day where we were stuck at the same holiday destination with the same vehicle (flat battery) and to this day they have never phoned us. I took it as a fluke as it was New Year. But now I know better!!!!
