Outsurance - out performed my expectations.

woke up to a burst geyser , googled "claims outsurance" , found the online link to claims , submitted my claim in under 5 minutes , contacted by contractor who scheduled an appointment for later in the day , Hope and Sebastian arrived from Tshwaranang Plumbing and Projects , did an excellent job in replacing the geyser (in a tough spot to reach in the roof) , the entire experience of claiming and being helped was beyond 5 stars , well done to outsurance and their contractors :)
