Outsurance - Out and About

I have supported and defended Outsurance for years, but today I am sorely disappointed with them! I have their Out and About product for many years. 4 years ago, I insured and specified my new cell phone for R7800 - retail price at that time. Yesterday my phone got water damaged. I put in the claim today only to find out they insist on replacing it with a phone not nearly, worth what I insured. I have no say about the model, colour or anything. For 4 years, I have paid a premium with an increase yearly and now they want to replace my phone with one that now retails for about R3500, only about 45% of what I ensured! I am losing thousands. Please be careful when using Outsurance!
