Outsurance OT***
I have contacted Outsurane for a quote who then harrassed me daily. I said to them stopped calling me. I will call them once I bought the car. To my suprise they took 2 x debit orders off my bank account and want it reversed with bank charges. I did not contact them to finalise the insurance. Please note that it was a quote!!!!!!
