OUTSurance or out of insurance?

Good day all.

It is 20:00 and I receive an email from my insurance company Outsurance. Letter stating changes to my policy. I think to myself ok RSA we had some issues recently! Let's see what's it all about.

They are increasing the premium for my vehical insurance, a vehicle that has depreciated since purchasing it 3 years ago.

The premium should be going the other way, this is a company that constantly advertising lowest premiums for years. Once again in RSA loyal customers must pay for the short fall of the company's that should be providing a service to their customers. I feel for the people that have lost alot during the riots in RSA, but that's why we have/ forced to have insurance. People battle everyday to take care of their monthly expanses without being forced/ held to ransum to pay more. Where is the value of money or for peace of mind. For years they have received billions from thier customers.

They promis cash backs and so forth after periods of time for loyal customers but only if you conform to what they say. Out bonus, ha ha. They through all these rules to ensure you are always covered or require to be covered. But when there is a big claims like I suspect they received over the last week or two, who must pay? LOYAL Customers by way of increasing premiums. An increase of over R200 for a vehicale that has depreciated.

For a company that advertises like Outsrance does. Maybe if you reading this maybe you need to rethink about what you hear. This is how businesses are run in RSA and OUTSurance is no different. So how different is out surance to the rest. I'll let you know tomorow after I've called them as they only sent mail at 20:00, after hours. Ha ha ha ha, cant call now. Unfortunatly the letter did not give any explanation for the increase, timing is a bit suspicious dont you think? Price hikes, and so forth, I really wonder what the commissioners think or are they just part of it. Dosent make sense to the people paying, only the people receiving.

Well enough said.

Let's review tomorow after calling OUTSurance and giving them a chance to explain what the DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER letter did not.

PS. Is it the customer that is valued or the value of the cash of the customer, because i dont feel VALUED, only exploited.
