Outsurance not willing to pay up

Hi Below a message of bettersure insurance a month back and i send maybe 7 mails myself so we can solve payments Outsurance owe me. Thank you for your e-mail. I sent an e-mail to Outsurance and is still awaiting the policy document from them so we can assist with the dual insurance.My insurance number was OT***4 CAN YOU PLEASE SEND THEM THE MAIL SO YOU BOTH CAN GIVE MY MONEY BACK YOU DID RECEIVE WHAT YOU NEED TO PAY BACK MONEY THAT NOT BELONG TO YOU
