Outsurance not who they advertise to be
Recently I went through a financial crisis...and for two months or so I couldn't pay my debit order on time and then paid manually later. I never received a call from Outsurance that they are concerned or what they could do to help me. Anyways, not soon after I received a rerate letter from Outsurance stating that my premium is going up 40% from 1300 to 1800. Now I don't think that is how you help someone who has been a client for more than 12 years and only recently showed inconsistency in his payment. So I cancelled my policy but then they wanted to see how they can adjust my premium...too late I say. So now I also lose my no claims bonus.

Then now I see Outsurance took another payment off my bank account now that I am financially stable again. This after I cancelled my policy.

I am only a number to them after all.
