Outsurance not updating credit listing
I have a outsurance (SIAS Administration) listing on all the credit profiles dated 12 August 2016, It has not been updated since and reflecting as active while I'm not with Outsurance. I would like the information to be updated immediately as it affects my affordability checks.

OUTsurance Insurance Company is a member of the SA Credit and Risk Reporting Ass. According to their code of conduct and payment profile extract rules, we are obliged to provide credit bureaus with information on the premium payment profile of our clients. This includes information on payment and non payment of premium.
We sent a request to the relevant credit bureaus to update your payment profile and confirmed the policy was cancelled 1 February 2017. We also forwarded you a copy of same. The contents stipulates your policy is cancelled and no outstanding premiums are owed to us.
