Outsurance not that good premies as advertised

I have been with Outsurance for 15 Years. I bought a Toyota Hilux in Aug 2018 and asked them to give a good quote as I am on pension. Later the year I received a letter stating that my premium will go up in Jan 2019. I contacted them to review my premium. I told them to give me their best quote. The quote came down with R114 a month. I then went and got a quote for exactly every thing that was covered by Outsurance. The quote was R950 lower than Outsurance and this is with one of the big insurance companies. So I left Outsurance with a big struggle to get my insurance cancelled with Outsurance. My daughter did the same by leaving Outsurance and is now saving over R1000 per month.
