Outsurance not taking responsibility

I was involved in a car accident on the 16th October. After submitting my claim I received a damage report on the 20th October and then on the 21st I received confirmation that Kondylis would be handling the repair post authorisation. I was told I couldn't book my car into Kondylis until the parts were ordered. Over this week no ETA was given, and after calls and emails to the call centre (dealing with Cameron Finlay and still no word from him) they told me to contact Kondylis, as the repair is now out of their hands. Kondylis said it was impossible to give me an ETA.

I finally heard back and Kondylis said that the rear valence part doesn't exist - it isn't in the country or overseas, which I can't understand as it's such a popular car. Still no ETA, and Outsurance not willing to help to get to the bottom of the matter or give me a rental car.

After having to contact Toyota myself I was told that the parts manager got mixed up and there is 1 part that could work. Was was meant to receive it today, but still no ETA. It's been 3 weeks without a car and who knows how much more until it gets fixed.

Outsurance needs to take some responsibility and assist with getting this part!
