Outsurance not responding to claim

This is my second review about the same query that I posted previously. I am a third party claimant through Outsurance. Their client caused my accident and has admitted guilt. They are refusing to either fully repair my vehicle or pay me out for the damage that my vehicle suffered. The accident occurred nearly two months ago. First they refused any liability and then offered me a portion of the cost to repair my vehicle. I declined this offer a week ago but have since not received any response from them. I am prepared to go to the media with this matter with the documentation they have sent me in which they attempt not to fully repair my vehicle.
