Outsurance not paying R400 back as they promise
Last week Friday I phoned Outsurance for a quote on my motorcycle ( which Outsurance could not better) then while on the phone tried my household contents ( which Outsurance could not better as well).
On both quotes Outsurance was much more than I am paying at the moment. I asked the lady could she not do better as I would like all my insurances at one place and she could not better the price.
I then asked her what about the R400 per quote that Outsurance says they will pay if they cant beat the quote and she said she will send a mail and I will be reimbursed. I phoned this morning to find out how long will it take and a gentleman said I wont be getting it. One person says yes and the other says no.
Is this just a gimmick or does Outsurance really pay you if they cant better your quote. This is false advertising!
