Outsurance not paying back my money debited wrongly
Outsurance took money out of my account for cancelled insurance policy and i am strugling to get my money back out of them. Spoke to variois people and sended e mails but still no money.

The refund has been requested and will be released on the date communicated, as per our processes.
In order for us to release the payment immediately, we would require a copy of your bank statement.
On receipt of the requested document we will request an immediate release.

18 Feb 2022, 14:33Think i have sen copy of bank statement 3 times. I spoke to 4 outsurance people but still nothing if it is not paid i will post on social media. Had enough. My premium is dowb from 3900 to 2500 with even mire cover. This just showes me what a ******* this company is.
