Outsurance not offering Life cover to individuals travelling out of South Africa

I had an outsurance lady call me an insist on giving me a quote. I didn't want the insurance so I declined, but they insisted. Mind you, it was over an hour of my personal time. Anyway they called me on another day and insisted on giving me a quote. After doing all that they rep**** by saying that they cannot offer me cover because I intend travelling outside of SA in the near future. That was because of COVID 19. Now, what nonsense is that. Are they telling me that in the near future they will not be covering anyone who will be travelling out of SA. I would like someone to please confirm this.
