Outsurance not living up to their Ads

My insurance is up for review, and I contacted Outsurance for a competitive quote, they were unable to match my quote, and when I asked about the Cashback deal when they can't beat the quote, I was told that they will contact me, up to now, I haven't received my written quote from Outsurance, and nobody contacted me about the Cashback deal. They are not living up to their adverts.
