Outsurance not keeping their word

Outsurance advertises that if their quote cannot beat your current premium you paying, they will pay you R400? This happened and they couldn't beat my premium to which I respectively asked for my R400. I was told to forward them documents showing them my current insurance premiums just to validate what I am saying is the truth. NO PROBLEM. I scanned and sent my docs to them and expecting my money within a day or two as the e-mail stated, INSTEAD three days later, I get a revised quote which was never stated they were going to do and this time coming in beneath my premium BUT what they did is increase the excess on their original quote to something crazy so as to lower the premium. (this excess is now in fact double what it originally was so as to accommodate a much lower premium?). I feel that this is so ********* as you do not advertise that YOU WILL ONLY pay the R400 out if your 2nd quote after you revised my documents can't be beaten! In my mind, the only reason you wanted my docs was to see how you can twig your quote to beat mine. In fact you are not beating my insurance as if you compare apples to apples yours still more expensive! Please pay my R400 and be professional.
