Outsurance not keeping their promise

I was called by an agent by the name of Justin from Outsurance that said he would beat my current car and household insurance. He had me on the phone for approx 45min and he wasn't able to beat it , not even come close to what i am paying now. Due to him not being able to beat what i am paying now he said I would get an email with a link to claim my R800 due to him not being able to beat what i have. Now please take note that he said i will get R800 and this is on your voice recording for Friday 2019-01-31. I did receive the sms with the OPT i must use but still haven't received the link via email to do this. My email is ********** please note the spelling of my name and please send me the link .
