OUTsurance not just a number!

I would like to share my story, I have been with an Insurance company for many many years, about a month ago, my iPhone (which is only 1 year and 4 days old) started getting hot. I called the company who told me, that it is a wear and tear and I should .... wait for it... throw the phone in pieces then they will pay me out quicker! I then contacted André Vosloo, what a gentleman, he answered all my questions and it was clear that he was passionate about insurance. I cancelled my current insurance and signed with OUTsurance. I have heard people say that you are just a number as OUTsurance is a massive corporation. I am in the service industry and honesty and transparency is what I want.
