Outsurance not getting back to me

<p>Outsurance overcharged me on my policy and confirmed they would refund me a few months ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>After many phone calls and emails I can not get a response from Outsurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not our usual experience with Outsurance - I hope Outsurance service is not slipping into being a below average experience for customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not like writing complaints publically, but I literally can not get a response from Outsurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would really appreciate a call confirming this issue has been resolved and that the amount overcharged has been refunded.</p>
