OUTsurance not fulfilling their promise on paying a rebate
I called OUTsurance in November 2024 round about the 18th or so, to change my physical address on my policy from Phalaborwa to Pretoria. This prompted a reduction on my premium and a rebate of R368.23 was due to me, which I was promised that it'll be paid into my account in a week's time. After about three weeks or so, which was in December, I called in and spoke to a lady called Nokuthula, who also confirmed that indeed the money was due, however, it does not show whether it has been paid or not. She then asked me to send my bank statement to ***, to prove that indeed I had not received my refund. I did send my bank statement on the 19th December, as advised. After two weeks of not getting a response from Solomons, I called in and spoke to a lady called Shanty, on the 31st December, who also promised to follow up with her Manager, who was scheduled to come in to work at 09:00. To this day, I have not received any feedback from OUTsurance. I have been with OUTsurance for a year and a couple of months now, and due to the recent treatment, I find their service quite appalling. I am in search of a new insurance company for my vehicle.
