Outsurance not a honest bunch
This company is duplicating income as I am paying the supplier and they are also paying the supplier. There is vast ***** that me as a client is paying for. The supplier was to provide me with a report for my damaged pump and a detailed invoice from the supplier

Following our initial reply to you, our rescue claims manager did communicate with you yesterday.
We initially arranged for our service provider to assist, and he assessed the work to be done, we are responsible for that callout and hour of labour. You intended to register a claim but realised that your building is covered by your body corporate, and not us. You requested for a report from our service provider to assist you to submit that to your body corporate. Once this arrangement was made, we advised you that we would complete the Help@OUT assistance. The work that you have since arranged from this service provider was made on your own terms after this was agreed upon. We do not intervene in private work agreed upon between client and service providers without our knowledge.
