Outsurance no where to be seen when they need to pay out

I had completed a vehicle quote with Outsurance on the 13 September 2018. Unfortunately they were not able to beat my current insurer. Although I was happy with the service I received from the consultant during the call, he failed to follow through on the link for me to get the payout. I have had no vehicle claims in the last 3 years whether insured or not and the current premium could not be beaten. Which means they will pay out R 800. To date I have not received the link for me to upload my policy as proof.
