Outsurance: No service, waste of your monthly contribution when it come to claiming

They provide absolutely NO service. Upon claiming for accident damages, they simply look at some photos, which impossibly show the full extend of the damage and make the rest of the process my problem. The vehicle is in limp mode and will not start. Now getting the vehicle fixed has become my problem. I must even find a panel beater on my own - although Outsurance has a full panel. No, this is ridiculous. This is how you loose loyal customers.
