OUTSURANCE IF I COULD RATE THEM ZERO I WOULD. WHEN IT COMES TO HOUSEHOLD INSURANCE USE THE COMPETITOR. THEY PROVIDE A BUNCH OF *********** CONTRACTORS. GEYSER BURST HAD TO SHUT THE Mains OFF. Promised to send someone out 4 hours later we followed up only to be told no service providers available. Instead of giving new clients R1000 or R500 to switch rather work on keeping your promise to existing clients. That's not awesome service that's awesome **** service
