outsurance - no insurance

i have been a client of outsurance and its predecessor companies since 1988. for the first time i have had a major claim. a house i was selling in umbilo durban was vandalised while i was sorting out the house between the departing errant tenant and new owners moving in. outsurance refused to meet the claim. outsurance said i had to take them to court to get my money, which is less than r30 000. i will now be taking them to the small claims court in port nolloth. does anybody know any person within outsurance who would be the slighest bit interested in trying to sort this out before this goes to the small claims court? the staff seem detemined to frustrate clients of 30 years. must say something on how the staff are treated. the outsurance (no-insurance) staff will not tell me from whom they got their information so as to deny my claim
