OUTsurance, you are one of the biggest insurance companies in South Africa forever advertising how cost effective you are, how much you can safe etc. You are not, you do any after sales service. Once you have insurance from from you you are happy, never follow up, never see if your customer needs have changed, as long as you get your payment every month. To get hold of someone to assist reviewing the policy is a typical South African scenario - non existing. My 78 year old mother have a insurance policy with you for many years now, and pay the astronomical amount of almost R2000.00 per month which we want to review. She gets a SASSA pension so how must she afford that?
