Outsurance need to get their house in order

I have been a client of Outsurance for over 10 years. My wife took her vehicle into a panel beater/repair shop who Outsurance recommended. The panel beater delayed the repair twice because they didn't have the spare door. Outsurance were notified on both occasions however failed to cancel the hire car from Avis and on the second time just didn't bother to book a hire car for my wife. After numerous phone calls between myself, my wife and the Outsurance call center we finally got someone to assist us. Just OUT and OUT poor service Outsurance, not sure I would recommend you to anyone else and I am definitely looking at other insurers to take my business which is obviously not important enough to you.
