Outsurance Must Fall - You never get something out

<p>I was involved in a accident which was not my fault and I had a police report and a witness to prove my innosence. Then contacted my insurer (Outsurance) to log the claim, not expecting to pay any excess as this was a the third parties fault. I was then advised that I would indeed have to pay excess and loose mu Out Bonus for something which was not my fault. Not happy with this, I then made a deal with the insurer that I will provide them with the police report then they can keep their Out Bonus and that I don't need to pay excess, they must just fix my car. After long debate the deal was accepted by them, but to my surprise three weeks later when I came to fetch my car from the panelbeater. Quess what, I had to pay excess. The n phoning them and quering the excess payable, they came back to me to say that the recordings stated that they informed me that I have to pay excess. Then after requesting the recordings and listening to it the clearly said I don't have to pay excess. </p>
