Outsurance misleading the public

Poor service from outsurance. Claim was registered on 03 January 2026 and still not finalized after 48 days! Outsurans advertised that they finalise claim in 1 week but I'm waiting almost 7 weeks and claim not finaliseer. During this time I have to be without a vehicle for the entire period. Outsurans misleading the public by saying they finalize a claim in 1 week!
