Outsurance messing up my credit score

I was with outsurance for a year from feb 2020 to Jan 2021 and my premium was R2233. The whole time the up until this month that amount has been reflecting on my credit profile. I then phoned outsurance to update my profile as that amount affects my affordability for the home loan I'm applying for also insurance is not a credit facilty, it shouldn't be on my ITC. So outsurance updated my profile as missed payments for the whole year, now it took my credit score down by 50 points. I'm calling them to rectify and I'm not getting any positive feedback.
