Outsurance marketing ****

Outsurance called me out of their own free will the day before yesterday , i told the consultant im not interested in doing a quote as I've been doing quotes with them but they are unable to beat my current. Nevertheless the consulted then told me we must just try. I then proceeded with doing the quote and again they quoted me double what im currently paying. So the consultant out of his own told me he will call me yesterday so they can give me R800. Im still waiting. Seems they don't really give the money, its just a marketing strategy
