Outsurance marketing campaign fine print, consumers be advised

Outsurance runs a promotion that if they cannot beat your premium they will pay you an amount of R500 or R1500 if you are claim free for 3 years, what they fail to advise you is that they have their own internal T&C's designed to make majority of consumers fail and not be able to hold Outsurance accountable to their promise. With Outsurance what they fail to advise you on their marketing campaign is that if you called them over a year ago, they couldn't beat your current premium so they paid you R1500, if you call a year later and Outsurance still cannot beat your premium then they refuse to pay you, they have advised that they changed their T&C's to 24moths instead of a year, had i know know this i would not have even requested a quote, Insurance is reviewed annually but with outsurance they implement their own T&C's and fail to disclose as this would have been material for me when deciding that i should ask for a quote and go through 45mins of questions Why is insurance reviewed annually in the industry and Outsurance have a unique set of T&C's which differs
