OUTSURANCE MAKING PROMISES THAT THEY CANT KEEP

I received a call from outsurance some time back that if they dont beat my current insurer then they will pay me R1,500. Well they could not beat my current insurer. I sent them my schedule and to date they have not paid me or made contact with me. This is really unprofessional of them making promises they cant keep. I email and called numerous times and was promised that they will call back but to date no one called.
