Outsurance Making ******* debits from my bank account

Cancelled all my policies with Outsurance as I am relocating to the UK. After numerous emails and phone calls to them they are still taking money from my bank account three months after I left??? Informed them of my change of phione number which they just ignore???

The service you have described in certainly alarming! Following the receipt of your complaint, we escalated the matter to Faizel our client care manager.

We can confirm that your policy has been cancelled and your premium refund has been processed. Faizel has also sent you an email to advise you of this as well.

We apologise for the poor service experience.
