Outsurance making 60sixty drivers get away with demaging our card and have no remorse

I am alone or does outsurance not want to pay when 60sixty drivers damage cars with no responsibility OUTsurance Legal why are we going through all the time to send documents when you only believe the version of your customers 60sixty drivers are damaging car and the only version they interested in is the driver how wanted to run away ,didn't produce lisence on the scence Outsurance your are a disappointment ,no investigation just believe the driver how drove into the car All the nice things people say about outsurance I just wonder
