Outsurance makes my day... yet again!

Congrats to Outsurance for their positive and professional assistance. A special word of thanks and appreciation to Team Leader, Jiten Mulchand, for assisting me and resolving my concerns. A company as large as Outsurance had not lost their personal contact with their clients, which is amazing in this day and age, I know of no other company their size that care about their clients as much as they do. Something as small as calling me back on my cellphone due to the high costs, is never a problem and they are always trying to help. I've recently had to put in a couple of claims after moving back to my home in George from CT, and each claim consultant really went the extra mile to help where they can. Keep up the great customer service guys. ????
