Outsurance made a huge difference in my life especially during October/November 2016

<p>One morning during October 2016 my Jeep had trouble starting. I phoned Outsurance and within 15 minutes a flatbed truck towed my Jeep to Jeep to be inspected and fixed. I was really impressed with how quick they could arrange this for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>During November I was offered and accepted a position in Cape Town. Relocating to Cape Town is expensive and I decided to sell most of my furniture. During this period i was ****med and had to change my banking details. I went onto Outsurance's website and requested a call back. Within hours I was contacted and I was able to change my banking details without hasstle. Unfortunately I do not remember the guys name who helped me with this because I would liked to have given him this compliment personally.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once I moved into the new house in Cape Town, I realised I have to change my address on my profile. Again I went onto Outsurance's website and requested a call back. Knowing that someone will call me back within hours from previous experience. This is a fantastic support service Outsurance gives and it works!</p> <p> </p> <p>Again the call back happened within hours. SHIREEN BOTHA phoned me back. Not only did she speak my home language and made me feel like speaking to family, but she was professional, friendly and updated my details without hasstle. She also explained my policy and more specifically additional car rental, should anything happen and i would need it. She helped me so much that day and I really appreciate it! I was also very happy with the fact that the premium was now even lower than before. Thanks Shireen!</p> <p> </p> <p>Service is most times compromised, but with Outsurance, I feel secure that I will always get the best service. </p>
