Outsurance lost their mandate
I cancelled my policy and withdrew a claim due to a assesor that bombed me with allegations instead of first investing and approaching me with facts.Now outsurance is keep on phoning me and suggesting that I must reinstate the policy .Seems they are losing tjeir mandate.I was not even driving the car myself.I got the impression that the assesor tried her best to get out of the claim with a intemidating attitude

It was of course concerning to see the validation process of your claim was upsetting, to such an extent that you withdrew your claim and cancelled your policy with us.
