Outsurance Looking for ways NOT TO PAY CUSTOMERS
I have been a loyal customer of Outsurance for well over a year now. I met with an accident on the 26 March, whereby my tyre and rim was damaged as well as some suspension damage. Outsurance has paid me out for the tyre and rim, however is stalling on settling for the suspension damage. I have taken my vehicle 3 times to 2 different Mercedes Benz dealerships, and both have come back with the same conclusion, that the steering rack needs replacement as a result of the accident. Failing to believe this Outsurance sent the assessor to inspect the vehicle. Same result. Now they say they going to appoint a "specialist" to inspect the premises at the Mercedes Benz dealership. Are they seriously expecting a different result, or is this contrary to there advertising slogan "we look for ways to pay you out". This has dragged on for now over 21 days, with no end in sight for me as a customer.
