OUTsurance LOOKING FOR A WAY NOT TO PAY

Good day

We had a break in at our home. In our policy there is a special clause at the end of the policy on jewelry. We adhere to that, now Outsurance claims that they are not going to pay out the jewelry that where ****** although it states that it is cover under the house items in the case that it was ****** from the house which did happen.

I am already looking for another insurance company that does not read their policies to suit them, and looking for ways not to pay.
