Outsurance life will drain the life from you.
Trying to cancel a life insurance policy at Outsurance will take you longer than it will take to apply for one. It took my 19minutes 47 seconds just to cancel my policy with Outsurance. Seriously I can't believe they are the insurer with the least amount of ombudsman complaints. The reason for my cancellation was I could get double the amount of benefits on the same installment from another provider .
I will NEVER contact them again not even to get their R1500 reward if they cant beat my current car insurance.
