Outsurance life policy
I contact Outsurance for a policy. I took out the policy but after talking to my broker decided not to go on with it. I went to my bank and signed a stop payment. They keep on deducting premiums of over R500 per month which I can not afford. Don't they understand that the fact that i stopped the payment at the bank and do not want their product?

Our client care manager contacted you. She confirmed at no given time did the bank return the premiums and we also never received a request to cancel from their side.
Tina has since cancelled the policy.
