Outsurance Life - not needing the business

I have been a client of Outsurance for nearly 11 years. I requested a life cover quote on the 9th September and have been back and forth with the agent. I followed up today and was told the quote expired or they cannot access the agents files.

I find this really bad service as it cannot take 3 weeks to get a life insurance quote
