OUTSURANCE LIFE INSURANCE NOT RESPONDING

I have been trying to get a straight answer on my life cover from Outsurance. Discussed issue on the phone, then sent an email TWICE and for over a week now, no response. Ii wish Outsurance spent as much money on client services as they do on advertising. COMPLETELY UNEXCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM A COMPANY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO HELP WHEN ONE IS AT THEIR MOST VULNERABLE!!
