Outsurance life cover

I’m writing this review because of the experience I have recently with outsurance, a policy was forced onto me after I explained that I already had a policy with someone else and yet the policy was still made.... it was a life cover policy and an HIV test had to be done by a nurse that was supposed to contact me within 72 hours and nobody contacted me and eventually when someone contacted me she was very rude claiming that she had called me a day after the policy yet nobody contacted me... I want this policy canceled immediately because I already have one and I will not tolerate rudeness......
