Outsurance lies to get more customers

I recently joined Outsurance and Bobo spoke of a deal that outsirance has with tracker, Bobo stated that if you insure with outsurance you pay R70.00 for tracker, he told me this after he asked me how much I am currently paying for tracker. After speaking to an agent at tracker it turns out that this deal only applies to clients joining for the 1st time. I contacted Bobo to tell him this information and he stuck to his story, he even put me on a conference call with tracker to a sure me that he is not fabricating prices, he left the conference call after putting me through to tracker, which was not the agreement. After getting the full story from tracker, Bobo contacted ne and continued to say that well all companies have annual increases and i should have known that I would be subject to an increase. However when he was trying to get me to insure with outsurance he told me that I get this \\deal\because I am with outsurance but it is not true.
