Outsurance lies and empty promises

Outsurance called my wife a while back regarding the ‘We will beat your current insurance or we will give you R400’ and despite her not really wanting to take part...the guy seemed adamant that the worst is she would score R 400....and so she thought why not.

They could not beat her current rate. They did not give her R 400 ( not that we need it...but at least it’s something for wasting her time). After a few follow ups they just ignored her.

Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I have bought a Land Cruiser and Outsurance called me for a quote...how they got my no God alone knows.

I explained our previous dealings with them and said I would not even consider talking to them until some one contacted my wife and explained why they have not paid / wasted her time / have not honored their proposal...which we did not want but they were persistent. The chap promised he would get back to me and have an answer / soloution.

AND....

Nothing.

Waste of time and effort. 100% **** by Outsurance
